Serve as the primary liaison between engineering teams, product management, and other departments — ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and timelines. Drive continuous improvement through Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices, and proactively manage technical debt and risk mitigation strategies.

Led, mentored, and developed a team of software engineers, overseeing hiring, performance reviews, and professional development. Provided architectural guidance and high-level design decisions for scalable, maintainable software solutions. Led end-to-end development and deployment of multiple mobile applications across iOS and Android, collaborating closely with UX/UI designers for intuitive interfaces. Managed third-party integrations (payment gateways, social logins, analytics) and set up Firebase-based monitoring and analytics to drive data-informed improvements.

Led a cross-functional team of 23 members spanning Mobile Apps, Cloud, DevOps, and QA while providing product training to customers. Coordinated between Cloud and Firmware teams to ensure IoT product UI functioned as intended, and bridged offshore and on-site teams to deliver new features against design documents. Drove execution plans across three concurrent project tracks (Mobile Apps, Firmware, IoT Cloud) and built deep expertise in indoor real-time location systems (RTLS) for asset tracking and wayfinding.

Conceptualized and developed optimized mobile applications within Art.com's brand ecosystem. Collaborated with the creative team to align objectives and finalize content for each buying funnel page, and partnered with UX designers to deploy interactive interfaces. Utilized complex media queries for cross-device compatibility and led story-level delivery within Agile sprints alongside offshore development teams.

Developed UI to client requirements and assisted the DevOps team with deployment processes and cookbook development. Supported setup of OpenStack cloud on bare-metal servers and provided technical operations support for core Relevance Lab products, including troubleshooting of application and infrastructure issues.

Designed and developed the UI for a private cloud OpenStack platform using HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS with responsive design for various device sizes. Deployed a 3-node private cloud architecture on Linux, created internal and external OpenStack networks, and wrote shell scripts for full private cloud installation. Performed CLI-based troubleshooting on the private cloud.
